Our Needs Analysis is a formal, billable event aimed at discovering and documenting exactly what needs to be done. Most major projects; i.e. those that involve a week or more of consulting or involve 15 or more users, cry out for such an approach.
In our Needs Analysis we spend one or more days onsite with you and your staff getting a thorough understanding of your business procedures, your data and reporting requirements. The end result is a specific software recommendation, a document completely specifying data tables, screens, reports, data migration, installation, customizations, hardware, training and support. And, what’s more, you get a fixed price for the project.
Customization
We have a staff experienced with many of the major CRM products and addons. We regularly work with GoldMine, Microsoft CRM, SalesLogix and with many of the very best addons available for these products. Rather than forcing your organization to fit into any one of these products, we almost always configure, customize and/or integrate these products to make them fit your specific requirements.

Training
Training is not just a key element to success, it is often the key element. Backing up the support materials we have written, such as Dummies books and Day in the Life booklets, we provide onsite and web-based training. We have both public web-based classes and private web-based classes that focus just on your own custom version.
Remote Administration (Microsoft CRM, GoldMine, SalesLogix)

Data Migration
For most organizations converting data from one CRM system to another is not a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) task. Nevertheless, if DIY is the approach you intend, we can support that effort. You can purchase the same tools we use and you can get a little advice as well.
